According to the statement, Hajia Biliquis Jumoke Sanni has been named Executive Director of Administration and Human Resources. Aisha Rufai Ibrahim will serve as Executive Director of Commercial and Industrial Development, while James Abel Uloko takes the role of Executive Director of Corporate Services. Professor Muhammad Bashar has been assigned as Executive Director of Finance, and Princess Atika Ajanah will head Projects as Executive Director.

LensNews gathered that the President urged the appointees to collaborate with the Governing Board and management of the commission to ensure effective delivery of its mandate. He stressed that their roles are critical in promoting and coordinating sustainable development across the North-Central geopolitical zone.

The NCDC was established to drive socio-economic development in the region, address infrastructure deficits, and reduce long-standing disparities. With portfolios now officially assigned, the commission’s new leadership faces heightened expectations to deliver meaningful change.
