The Director General of City Boy Movement, Hon. Francis Oluwatosin Shoga, has described the 2025 Lagos All Progressives Congress Stakeholders’ Forum as a strategic gathering that reaffirmed the party’s commitment to unity and visionary leadership ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Shoga, who attended the forum at Eko Hotel, Lagos, on Tuesday, disclosed this on his social media page, noting that top Lagos leaders and stakeholders endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term during the event.

The forum brought together Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Prince Tajudeen Oluyole Olusi, Chairman of the Governance Advisory Council, and Hon. (Pastor) Cornelius Ojelabi, State APC Chairman, alongside traditional rulers, party elders, local government chairmen, legislative leaders, youth representatives, and grassroots mobilizers.
According to Shoga, the stakeholders converged to chart a roadmap for the APC’s continued dominance in Lagos State while expressing strong support for President Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
Three federal ministers presented the President’s track record of achievements at the forum. The Minister of Education, Hon. Tunji Alausa; Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Hon. Jumoke Oduwole; and Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Hon. Wale Edun, showcased evidence that the Renewed Hope Agenda is delivering on its mandate to Nigerians.
“The presentation of President Tinubu’s track record of achievements by the ministers are clear indications that the Renewed Hope Agenda is delivering on its mandate to the Nigerian people,” Shoga stated.
The City Boy DG noted that the forum’s objectives align perfectly with his movement’s mandate, which includes mobilizing grassroots support for President Tinubu’s administration, advocating for his policies, building strategic partnerships for his re-election, and promoting youth engagement in governance.

“As I joined other stakeholders at the forum, I saw a perfect alignment between the forum’s objectives and the City Boy Movement’s mandate. Our movement remains committed to these goals,” he said.
Shoga commended Governor Sanwo-Olu for his exemplary leadership and unwavering support for President Tinubu’s vision, while saluting Prince Olusi and Pastor Ojelabi for building a stronger, more united APC in Lagos.
“Their leadership inspires confidence that our party will emerge victorious in 2027,” he added.
The City Boy DG thanked all stakeholders, party faithful, traditional rulers, and elders who attended the event, assuring that his movement will continue working with party structures at all levels to ensure President Tinubu’s policies reach the grassroots.
“The City Boy Movement will continue working with party structures to ensure President Tinubu’s policies reach the grassroots and that youth voices shape Nigeria’s democratic future. Together, we will sustain the progress and secure our nation’s future,” Shoga assured.
