NNPC Gets New Senior Management Team

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) under the leadership of the new Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bayo Ojulari and Board of Directors, announced restructuring of its senior leadership with the appointment of a 8-member management team that will steer the national oil company.

In a press release issued by the Company Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, revealed that Rowland Ewubare will serve as Group Chief Operating Officer, while Adedapo Segun takes on the role of Group Chief Financial Officer.

The executive lineup also includes Olalekan Ogunleye, who has been appointed as Executive Vice President Gas, Power and New Energy.

The strategic leadership team is further strengthened by Udy Ntia as Executive Vice President Upstream, Mumini Dangazau as Executive Vice President Downstream, and Sophia Mbakwe who will function as Executive Vice President Business Services.

Completing the team is Adesua Dozie, who assumes the position of Company Secretary & Chief Legal Officer.

The appointments are effective immediately as the company positions itself for enhanced operational efficiency in the Nigeria energy sector.
