The Director General of the City Boy Movement, Hon. Francis Tosin Shoga, has provided financial assistance and essential food provisions to residents of the Karmajiji area in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
During a visit to the Equity Women Association in Karmajiji, Shoga announced the donation of N1 million in commemoration of International Women’s Day 2025.
The seasoned development advocate also joins residents of the area in breaking the fast for Day 08.
The Director General of the foremost youth group, drumming support for President Tinubu, stated, “Supporting women’s groups like the Equity Women Association reflects the core principles of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which places significant emphasis on women’s inclusion and empowerment.”
He also added that the initiative aligns directly with the vision of the Grand Patron of the City Boy Movement, Seyi Tinubu, to ensure every fasting household has something to break their fast with.
Shoga also explained the financial support aims to strengthen the association’s ongoing efforts to enhance women’s participation in community development and nation-building activities.
Responding to the gesture, the leadership of the Equity Women Association expressed profound gratitude for Hon. Shoga’s intervention.
The Group particularly praised Shoga’s consistent dedication to humanitarian causes and community welfare.
Recall, Shoga had on Thursday, broke the fasting with notable youth leaders and grassroots mobilizers across the country in Abuja.
He explained, “Apart from breaking the fast with the youth segment of the nation, the gathering is a way of harmonizing our strengths and driving the country forward.”
